   This item is awesome,the dinnerware looked very expensive,we really enjoy using them on a daily bases.

   I ordered three sets of dinnerware for my daughter’s birthday, Dec. 18. When they arrived one plate was totally broken, I could hear it rattling in the box. Another plate wasn’t even the pattern that I had ordered. I contacted World Kitchen because it said to contact them not the place you had purchased it from. They told me they would send a replacement within 7-10 days, that was in November. On December 6th I sent them e-mail saying I still had not received my pieces. The e-mailed me back on Dec. 11 saying they had a leak in one of their glass tanks in October and as a result all Corelle tint patterns will be unavailable until June 2009. They asked me to allow a few extra weeks for the delivery of my item. It is now December 16th and I still haven’t received my item. My biggest question is “why didn’t they tell me this when I called, instead of saying the items would be here in 7-10 days?”

   Can’t beat them for the durability and ability to go in the microwave and dishwasher. Highly recommended.

   I had always dreamed of owning this set and I’m very happy. They’re durable, scratch resistant and very pretty…

   I ordered 2 sets of this pattern because I have always used Corelle and knew I could trust the durability. Being a clutz in the kitchen makes Corelle a necessity. I absolutely love these dishes! The patten is very simple, delicate and subtle. I have completely changed the decor of my kitchen around this set. I got the sets via UPS in five days and there was no breakage. The plates are a bit thicker and a touch heavier in the hand but are supposed to be (Ultra). The pattern is exactly as shown in every picture I have come across in shopping for the best price. Amazon had the best price and I found the entire purchase (product and process) to be very satisfactory. I am ordering an additional set because as anyone knows…8 is too few and 12 is too many…so I’ll put 2 services away for the off chance (or in my clutzy case…likelihood!) of breakage.

   I love these dishes! I felt that they were actually prettier than the manufactorer’s submitted picture; I think I like the fact that the color is a bit “faded.” These dishes are great for casual dining or for a more formal occasion. The whole set is a very generous size and the larger dinner plate will certainly suffice for the “big eater.”

   The square design definitely gives this set a unique look and unlike round dishes, with many having a “brim” [if you will] around the edges, makes more room for food.

   The set also has a thick, sturdy feel to it; I’ve dropped a few dishes on the linoleum floor and not one chipped or broke as of yet. I bought my Mother this set as a gift and she loved it as well. It’s perfect for spring/summer!

   Purchased the dishes after much deliberation, found the best price from Amazon. Dishes came much faster then we thought, every dish was perfect and we love them. What more can I say!

   I saw the Cherry Blossom design at a local store, so then I went online and found it cheaper with Amazon.com. Because I had looked it over in the store, I knew what the colors, size, and weight of the dishes would be. They arrived earlier than their projected date. Nothing was broken, and all of the pieces had smooth edges. Instead of buying two sets, I went back to the local store and bought more individual plates, but I did have to examine them closely because there were some with imperfections along the edges. I’m glad that I was able to shop and compare the different Corelle styles, but this pattern was one of my favorites. They are beautiful dishes, and I enjoy showing them off to my friends.

   I bought two Corelle Square 16-piece dinnerware sets for my daughter. They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. They look great and are tough enough to use at the dinner table with two active little boys, yet, are pretty enough for company. The dinner plate is large, so you need to be aware of this. They did not fit in the cabinet that my daughter usually would keep her dishes in. She needed to rearrange her kitchen to accomodate these dishes. This was a slight inconvenience considering how much she loved the dishes.

    I really like the Corell for several reasons. First, it stacks very nicely. it is thin and so doesn’t take up a lot of room. Secondly, the stuff is tough! Tempered glass beats any ceramic at that price; which brings me to my third reason. I had no china and couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Plus the mugs instead of the cup-and-saucer set up is so much better for our household.

    I only wish there had been more of a color selection.

    The plates and bowls are as expected, we’ve used corelle for years.. We expected the 4 cups to be better (they are stoneware, not that it was a surprise.. i knew it before ordering). One of them has already chipped (after 4 months) and i’m trying to get a replacement.

    Bought these as a thank you gift. The recipient was very pleased and said they matched his decor perfectly. I personally have corelle dishes that are years and years old and they still look new. Great product.

    Bought this set to go with a set I already have. Great for everyday use or for special dinners. Simple yet elegant design.

    What a huge disappointment in these plates. The red stipe border wasn’t painted all the way around the salad plates and bowls. In some places dye was light and missing and I think these are Corelle Seconds. 1 Cup arrived chipped and another chipped right away. The plates and bowls also seem smaller than other correlle sets I have ordered. For the price I could have purchased a Corelle set at Wal-Mart for the same price.

    I bought two of these sets to create serveware for 8… its very good for daily use, well packaged and a very good value for money… Designs are crisp and verall, I am very happy with this purchase. It also makes for avery good housewarming gift…

    The estimated shipping time was long… but it came sooner than that… I also bought “Hot Dots” (i think) design as a gift for someone else… Good stuff

    I love the look of the plain red border. It makes it easy to match and use. My theme is red, white and blue. I’ve had corelle before and this set was an update. It lasts forever.

    This set rocks and is worth the money. All the plates are really thin, you can actually see the red on the other side of the plate. It makes you kind of question the sturdiness. They haven’t broke yet.

    about 3 dishes were broken upon arrival.
    amazon immediately replaced them–i mean immediately. i got them 1 or 2 days later after notifying them. nice and they profusely apologized. impressive.
    the cups aren’t corelle like others say but they are nice.
